Melanie Jordan

Melanie is a partner and head of real estate development. She has wide experience of all forms of real estate work, acting for investors, property companies, corporates, developers, banks and pension funds in connection with their disposals, acquisitions, developments and financing of all classes of real estate. Melanie also has considerable experience of landlord and tenant related transactions and general commercial property work.

Melanie Jordan is also joint head of the Real Estate Asia desk and travels regularly to mainland China, Hong Kong and Singapore, meeting with Asian clients in relation to their outward investments.
