FOOD & BEVERAGE
Garden of Ideas will engage visitors, with the very best of local and international cuisine. Locally sourced ingredients are organic and grown on site where possible.
There will be 3 food price ranges to suit different visitor economic demographics.
Garden of Ideas will offer a wide range of food, beverage and retail, from the traditional eating to the immersive theatrical multi-sensory food-ride in the spectacular Slow Food Moving Restaurant. Possibly the world's first vending machine, that you actually ride through while eating. Food appears magically at your table. Our aim is to ask ‘what is possible now?’. With mouth watering spices, herbs and vegetables naturally grown, with slow food values.

Historical, present-day and future foods all working in harmony. Garden of Ideas will be a foodie’s heaven catering for all tastes.
Garden of Ideas will support local shop owners helping them to showcase their best products to a broader international audience. Responsibly and ethically sourced.
Dine in a restaurant made from found materials, (others rubbish) curated by an artist who works with found objects. A food dining experience in a ‘rubbish restaurant’, except that is far from rubbish and thought provoking.
